At Agile Medical Packaging and Devices, we are committed to delivering the highest quality medical packaging solutions. Our philosophy revolves around adhering to strict ISO standards and utilizing state-of-the-art equipment to meet the unique needs of our customers.
Controlled Environment
Our ISO 6 cleanroom ensures that all packages are produced in a particulate free environment, which differentiates us from many of our competitors. Due to this class cleanroom, we have the capabilities to package pharmaceuticals.

Matthew Maale
Co-Founder and CEO
I’m the Co-Founder and CEO of Agile Medical Packaging & Devices (Agile MPD), focused on rigorous, compliant pathways from concept to scalable sterile packaging. My background spans biomedical engineering, microbiology, and neuroscience. I specialize in ISO 11607 sterile barrier system design, ISO 13485–aligned quality systems, and validation planning to support FDA 510(k) and De Novo submissions. My approach emphasizes material science, process capability, and supply-chain resilience—so when a device is ready, its packaging is audit-ready, manufacturable, and built for scale. I’m especially passionate about helping early-stage teams navigate commercialization barriers such as validated packaging and do not require minimum quantity orders.
I also strongly advocate for a U.S.-based, de-risked materials supply chain. We have built a domestic supplier network to increase resilience and reduce lead-time sensitivity. The COVID-19 shortages showed how packaging constraints can delay launches and disrupt business; with ongoing global volatility, even large manufacturers benefit from qualified secondary packaging sources to de-risk their business.
