Our Philosophy
At Agile Medical Packaging and Devices, we believe in utilizing the ISO standards, good manufacturing process, and the state of the art equipment to meet our customers needs of medical packaging and custom packaging.
Our Expertise
Our team of engineers has developed a comprehensive, in-house process for creating both custom and standard packaging solutions. We offer a wide range of packaging options, including trays, blister packaging, pouches, and clamshell packaging. With our onsite thermoforming facility, we can produce highly specialized trays for your sterile barrier systems, precisely tailored to meet your product specifications and requirements.
Once your thermoformed tray is manufactured, it will be packaged in our ISO 6 cleanroom, ensuring the highest quality standards in a controlled environment, and sealed within our sterile barrier system. To streamline regulatory compliance, we have brought certain validation testing in-house, simplifying the process for our customers. However, testing for accelerated aging, real-time aging, and distribution must be completed with the customer’s product.
Our ISO 6 cleanroom also enables us to provide specialized packaging solutions for pharmaceutical compounds, ensuring full regulatory compliance and safety. Additionally, we offer carrier boxing, labeling, and corrugated shipping boxes for palletized shipping to ensure that your products are delivered safely with full traceability.
Looking ahead, we plan to offer onsite sterilization services, further streamlining your supply chain by reducing shipping costs and lead times. We are committed to delivering reliable, cost-effective packaging solutions, with a focus on quality, innovation, and strong customer partnerships.
ISO Certification
We currently have passed our ISO 13485 stage 1 audit and our stage 2 audit is scheduled to be complete by November 15th.
